Overview

Our Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RubixScript's applications and services ("Services"), including OneRep, Pomodo, OnePage, HabitSmash, TechStack and our other apps and web tools. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. Subscriptions purchased inside our iOS apps are additionally governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Account Terms

Local Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up your data regularly
  • Protecting access to your device

Acceptable Use

Limitations of Liability

RubixScript is not liable for:
